A little thought. A lasting feeling.

Sending & delivery

How can I check whether my e-card was sent?

Open the private order link in your Moonrise receipt, or sign in with the email used to purchase and view your order history. The order page shows known recipient delivery states. A sent notification means the email provider accepted the greeting; delivered means a delivery event was reported. Neither proves that the recipient read the card.

Three different moments

  • Payment confirmed: the order has passed payment verification. This is not a delivery confirmation.
  • Waiting to send: the greeting is queued for processing or its future send time has not arrived.
  • Accepted by email provider: the sending service accepted the message. A later delivery or failure event may follow.
  • Delivered: the provider reported delivery. It does not establish inbox placement, a click or a read.

Keep the receipt link handy

Your receipt is sent to the purchaser email and includes the private order link. You can also use email-link sign-in with that same purchasing address to see your orders together. Using another email does not transfer ownership of an earlier purchase.

For a group purchase, inspect each recipient’s line. One address may fail while other greetings arrive. Moonrise also sends a buyer notification after the recipient send jobs finish and at least one has been accepted, and reports known failures. These events can take another processing cycle to appear.

When to ask for help

If a status looks wrong, contact support through Help & contact and include your order reference. Keep private greeting links and payment details out of public posts. Do not buy a replacement simply because a message has not appeared immediately; check the scheduled time and known delivery result first.
