Your purchase

Prices are in USD. An animated e-card costs $3 for one to five recipients or $6 for six to ten recipients. A group uses the same card, message and delivery time, with an individual name and private link for each recipient. The print-at-home PDF costs $5. The checkout total controls any applicable tax treatment shown before payment. Payment must be confirmed before fulfillment.

Digital purchases are final

All products are digital. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after purchase, including for an unused download or a change of plans. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. For duplicate charges, an inaccessible file, an incorrect charge or a delivery problem, contact us with your order link so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Delivery and schedules

Check names, addresses, message and delivery time before paying. Scheduling uses the time shown in your device’s timezone and records an absolute delivery time. We attempt delivery at or shortly after the chosen time, subject to processing and provider availability; exact timing and inbox placement are not guaranteed. A sent notification means our provider accepted the email. Delivery confirmation does not mean the recipient read it. We report known failures and provide support. Recipients may need to check spam folders.

Private access and downloads

Keep order links private. Greeting links are intended to remain available for one year from the scheduled send date; printable download links expire 14 days after payment. Contact us if you need help. Account history requires verification of the purchasing email. Creating an account does not transfer ownership of orders from another email address.

Personal use

Your purchase grants personal, noncommercial use of the selected greeting and, for print-at-home purchases, personal printing. You may not resell the artwork, redistribute purchased files as a product or claim the artwork as your own. You retain your own message and grant us permission to process it to provide the service.

Be kind

Use the service only for lawful, wanted greetings. Do not send spam, harassment, impersonation, unlawful material or content that violates another person’s rights. You must have permission to use the recipient information you provide. We may refuse or suspend abusive use. Purchasers must be adults able to enter a purchase agreement.

Service and responsibility

We take reasonable care to operate the service, but outages and third-party failures can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms and the privacy policy may change for future use; the version accepted at checkout is recorded with your order.
