A little privacy.

Purchasing and card delivery are not active yet. Contact messages and email sign-in requests are processed by the providers described below.

What we collect and why

To fulfill an order we collect your name and email, recipients’ names and email addresses, your message, card selection, delivery time, payment confirmation and delivery status. We use this information to take payment, deliver the cards, provide receipts and sent notifications, show your order history and help with problems. Each recipient receives their own email; we do not include the group’s recipient list.

Accounts are optional

You may check out as a guest. Google sign-in or a one-use email link lets you see orders purchased with that verified email address. Google supplies your basic profile and verified email; we do not request access to your Gmail or contacts. Authentication uses secure session cookies. A shared or forwarded private card or order link can be opened by anyone who has it, so keep order links private.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores order, account and delivery records and purchased files. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive or store your full card number. Resend processes sign-in links, card emails and order notifications, including recipient addresses and message content. Google provides optional sign-in and website fonts. These providers may process data outside your country under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

Device data and preferences

We use request information, including IP addresses, for abuse prevention and rate limiting. The holiday-country preference is stored locally on your device. Authentication cookies keep you signed in; Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are used only after you choose to allow analytics. We do not sell personal information or use card recipients for marketing.

Analytics choices

With your permission, Google Tag Manager (GTM-T28GNM68) loads Google Analytics on the homepage and policy pages to measure browsing and improve the site. Analytics is off until you allow it. We exclude personalization forms, contact forms, account, sign-in, order, download and recipient-card pages. We do not send names, email addresses, card messages or private access links to analytics. Your choice is stored on this device; use the Analytics choices button here to change it. Google may process device, browser and usage data outside your country. Advertising storage and personalization consent remain denied.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to deliver scheduled cards, maintain access to purchased greetings, resolve support or payment disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Operational records and provider copies may outlast account closure where required for these purposes. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to close your account. We may verify your identity and retain records we must keep. Do not send highly sensitive information in card messages.

Recipients, children and changes

Only provide recipient details you are permitted to use for a personal greeting. This purchasing service is intended for adults; please contact us if a child has submitted information without appropriate permission. We will publish changes here with a new date and provide additional notice when required.
